November 22,1997 To Whom it may concern: My wife Yuta and I have known Ron Baggerman since February 1984. Over the past 13 years we have been in continuons contact with him and he has been employed by us at European music trade shows and Stick music seminars.

He and I have also played in the same concert performance programs, both of us performing in the "Stick" instrument 1 invented and manufacture, both of us playing the novel two-handed tapping method of my creation. I have always known Ron to be an extremely honest and trustworthy person.

Through his actions he has always shown strength of character and personal integrity. He is a special individuel with unusual talent and musical ability as a stringed instrumentalist. I've involved Ron in my commercial activities because I value his ability to teach my playing method, to demonstrate my musical instruments, and to communicate effectively with large and small groups of people. Ron will continue to conduct European Seminars, concerts and tradeshows in 1998 for my California Corporation, Stick Enterprises, Inc.
